# EFAX- Email Change
changing your E-FAX email address.
To change the destination email address, please do the following:
1- Login to voice.primus.ca/HPBX
2- Change view to Advance
3- Click Users on bottom right of the screen
4- In the list, check mark the user / fax in question
5- Click Manage Users at bottom of the page
6- On the pop up window change view to Advance
7- Click on Voicemail Settings
8- Change the voicemail to email option from the existing one to new email address
9- Click Save
This will take about 30 seconds to 1 minute to save and apply the changes. Then you can send a test Fax to your DID and you should now receive it on the new email address.
