How to Access, Listen & Change Personal greeting on Your/Other Users Voicemails.

To Access, Listen & change personal voicemail, there is 4 ways that this can be completed.

1st way, is to access. Listen & change personal voicemail directly from the phone hardware provided to you (Your personal Extension):

1- From your Primus phone, dial *62
2- Enter your pass code (compose from 6-15 digits)

This will now logged you in the voice of that phone extension of the phone you just used. 

Option 1- to listen to current voicemail.
Option 2- to change your busy greeting
Option 3- to change your no answer greeting. 
Option 7- to change your personalized name.

When updating greetings, both the busy and no answer greeting needs to be change accordingly.

2nd way, from the phone hardware provided to you (To access, listen or change greeting for another employee/extension):

1- From your Primus phone, dial *62
2- At the password prompt press *
3- Enter the extension of the employee voicemail you which to access (ex: 169)
4- Enter the employee pass code (compose from 6-15 digits)

This will now logged you in the voice of that phone extension of the phone you entered at step 3. 

Option 1- to listen to current voicemail.
Option 2- to change your busy greeting
Option 3- to change your no answer greeting. 
Option 7- to change your personalized name.

When updating greetings, both the busy and no answer greeting needs to be change accordingly.

3rd way, to access, listen & change greeting of any phone while being remote from the office:

1- Dial the office number (EX:8882228577)
2- When the menu option starts to play, Enter the appropriate extension you which to access, listen or change greeting (Ex: 123)
3- Let the call ring until the voicemail greeting kicks in, once the greeting starts for that extension Press *
4- Enter the pass code associated to that extension (if it is for your extension then enter your pass code) composed from 6 to 15 digits.

This will now logged you in the voice of that phone extension of the phone you entered at step 3. 

Option 1- to listen to current voicemail.
Option 2- to change your busy greeting
Option 3- to change your no answer greeting. 
Option 7- to change your personalized name.

When updating greetings, both the busy and no answer greeting needs to be change accordingly.

4th way, would be to upload on the voice.primus.ca portal pre-recorded greeting to the appropriate user profile:

1- login to voice.primus.ca
2- change the view from basic to advance
3- click on users on the left side
4- check mark the user you wish to upload the pre-recorded greeting
5- click on managed users on bottom of the page

This will open a new window,

1- change the view from basic to advance
2- click on voicemail setting on left side
3- in middle you will see space for busy and no answer greeting, you can click on browse
4- attached the pre-recorded message
5- click save at the bottom

This will then change the greeting for that user with the pre-recorded one you uploaded. 

Recording message can be recorded on Smartphone or Computer & then uploaded to the user profile as indicated above.Recorded message to be uploaded needs to be in .WAV format, if the recording you want to upload cannot be save in the proper format you can use the following website to translate to .WAV format.
