How to Check/Activate Voicemail to Email

To verify and/or activate the feature of receiving voicemail to email, it can be check/activated by the user(s) (if they were provided voice.primus.ca/HPBX portal access) or by one of their Administrator by doing the following:

1- Login to voice.primus.ca
2- Change the view from basic to advance
3- On left side under "your Phone" click on "voicemail settings"
4- check mark voicemail to email option
- Enter your email address to receive the voicemails
5- click on "save"
