If a user or administrator is locked out of the voice.primus.ca/HPBX portal, they can do 1 of the following to unlock the account:
1- Login to voice.primus.ca/HPBX & click on I forgot password. Enter the security question and a temporary password will be emailed to the user
2- Have an administrator reset the password of the user or other administrator by doing the following:
To reset the password for your profile (current user/admin logged in) you will do the following:
1- login to voice.primus.ca/HPBX
2- change view to advance
3- click on user profile
4- click change password
5- enter the same or new password
6- click save
To reset the password for another user/admin, you will do the following:
1- login to voice.primus.ca/HPBX
2- change view to advance
3- click users
4- click the user to change the password & click manage users
5- in the pop up window, change view to advance
6- click on user profile
7- click change password
8- enter the same or new password
9- click save
