View an Existing Support Ticket

Navigate to the e-Care portal located at https://ecare.primustel.ca/ and sign in to your account.

From the main page, navigate to the menu on the left and select View/Create a Support Ticket.

When you're on the Support Ticket page, simply find the ticket you wish to view and click on its number.



This will take you directly to the ticket, allowing you to view the latest updates.

Select the option to Submit a Follow up Note in order to provide additional information to the ticket, or click on Cancel to return to the main Support Ticket page.

If you are adding a follow-up note, kindly include as many details as you can in the designated field. Then, proceed by clicking on Continue to submit your follow-up note.

Click on Continue once more to go back to the main Support Ticket page.
