Voicemail - How to Activate/Disabled Press 0 to Transfer to Someone/Somewhere else

Activation/Disabling the option 0 to transfer out of a user personal voicemail to somewhere else (ex: another user, a specific phone number, etc).

The option needs to be activated/disabled individually per user that wants it. This would be completed on the Self-serve portal at each individual user level.

To activate the option 0 on your user profile, you would do the following:
1-    Login to voice.primus.ca/HPBX
2-    Change view to advance
3-    On left side click under Your phone, click on voicemail setting
4-    In the option Allow transfer on 0 to phone number
a.    Check mark (to activate) or Un-check (to disabled) the option 
b.    Enter an extension to be transferred to or a phone number
5-    Click save

If you are the account Administrator:
To activate the option 0 on any other user profile, you would do the following:

1-    Login to voice.primus.ca/HPBX
2-    Change view to advance
3-    Click on users
4-    Locate the user to activate the option 0
5-    Check mark the user and click manage users
6-    On pop-up window change view to advance
7-    On left side click on voicemail setting
8-    In the option Allow transfer on 0 to phone number
a.    Check mark (to activate) or Un-check (to disabled) the option
b.    Enter an extension to be transferred to or a phone number
9-    Click save

The option 0 is now activated/disabled on the user voicemail. You can repeat this for any users you wish to
