How To Register for Pre-Authorized Payments
Setting up pre-authorized payments via credit card.
- Access your uControl account.

- Navigate to the Billing menu.
- Choose from the options provided: AR History, Invoices, or Payments.

- Select the option to update your payment profile.

- Choose your preferred payment method as Pre-Authorized Credit Card, then simply click on the Submit button to proceed.

- Press the Confirm button to verify the Credit Card details.

- Provide the name associated with the credit card, the email address, the billing address linked to the credit card, the credit card number, security code, and expiry date.

- Tick the box next to the Terms and Conditions.
- Click the PAY NOW button to finalize the transaction.

Setting up pre-authorized payments via debit
- Access your uControl account.

- Navigate to the Billing menu.
- Choose from the following options: AR History, Invoices, or Payments.

- Select the option to "Update Payment Profile" by clicking on it.

- Choose the payment method as Pre-Authorized Debit and then click on the Submit button.

- Provide the Branch Number, Bank/Institution Number, Account Number, and Account Holder Name.
- Save your changes by clicking on the Save button.
