To verify the current address & update your DID's 911 listing, you can do so by doing the following:
1- Login to voice.primus.ca/HPBX
2- Change view from Basic to Advance
3- On left side click on Admin settings
4- Scroll down and click on Manage 911 settings
5- Locate the DID you wish to modify and click the yellow folder on the right side of that DID
6- A pop-up window will show the current address
7- Click on edit to change the address
- If needs to apply same address to multiple DID's you can select the DID in the list below the new address you are typing
8- click save
The DID you have selected are now updated with the new address for 911.
