Voicemail Enabling/Disabling


To disable the voicemail box of 1 or multiples users, you will do the following:
1- login to voice.primus.ca
2- change the view from Basic to Advance
3- click on Admin Setting 
4- click on Misc. Features
5- in the list remove the check mark under voicemail for the users to be disabled
6- click save
7- wait 2-3min

This will now disabled the voicemail box for that/those users

To re-enabled the voicemail, you will do the following:
1- login to voice.primus.ca
2- change the view from Basic to Advance
3- click on Admin Setting 
4- click on Misc. Features
5- in the list add the check mark under voicemail for the users to be enabled
6- click save
7- wait 2-3min

This will now enable the voicemail box for that/those users.
