How to block/reject a caller.

If a user is is getting spam call, they can block those calls by doing the following:

- the following can only be done if the user has access to the online portal, otherwise, the user will need to reach out to the portal administrator from your company.

To block call for your extension/profile you will do the following:

1- login to voice.primus.ca/HPBX
2- change view to advance
3- click on call handling (located under Your Phone) 
4- click selective call rejection
5- enter the number to be blocked
6- enter a schedule to block that call (all day every day is preferred)
7- click save


To block call on another user extension, you can do the following: (if you are the administrator, otherwise refer this to the administrator of your account)

1- login to voice.primus.ca/HPBX
2- change view to advance
3- click users
4- click the user to block calls & click manage users
5- in the pop up window, change view to advance
6- click on call handling 
7- click selective call rejection
8- enter the number to be blocked
9- enter a schedule to block that call (all day every day is preferred)
10- click save
