If any users are having issue receiving calls from outsource numbers and getting an intercept message that number is nor assigned or not accepting calls, please have the user do the following:
1- Have them call their voicemail
2- Have them enter their voice portal passcode
3- Press the * key
4- Press the 2 key for CommPilot Express Profile
5- Press the 5 key to set it to "No Profile"
This will disable the CommPilot feature and will restore incoming calls. If this fails, please call us and we can look into the issue.
