How to Add/Remove Users from Huntgroups

To add or remove a user to any Hunt Group you will do the following:

1-    Login to voice.primus.ca/HPBX
2-    Change view to advance
3-    Click on admin settings
4-    Click on huntgroups
5-    Locate the hunt group the user needs to be part of & click the view/edit button
6-    On the small pop-up click the assign user tab
7-    Any user on the left square are available to be assigned and any users on the right square are current users assigned to that huntgroup
8-    To add Users, move the user in question from left to right and click save
8-    To remove Users, move the user in question from right to left and click save

Repeat the above for any other huntgroup (if applicable) the user needs to be assigned to. Once you click save the changes take effect within 1 min.
