How to provide call recording listening access.

To provide call recording listening to someone you will need to do the following:

1-    Login to voice.primus.ca/HPBX
2-    Change view from Basic to Advance
3-    Click on Call Recording Admin
4-    Click on Call Recording
5-    In the list, find the email address of the user you wish to grant access to call recording listening
6-    Check mark enabled portal access
7-    Click save

This will grant access to the Call Recording Listening portal, now you will need to do the following:

1-    While still on voice.primus.ca/HPBX
2-    Click on admin setting
3-    Click on Account Resources
4-    Locate the user and write down their SUI ID (ex: SUI00012345)
5-    While Account resources is up, locate all the user that, that particular manager should be listening to and write down their SUI ID as well

Now, you will need to login to your Call recording admin portal and do the following:
1-    Load https://voice.primus.ca/CallRecorder
2-    Login with your credential 
3-    on the top click Organization tab
4-    click on users
5-    in the list you should see the SUI of the manager (written down in previous step)
6-    click on it
7-    On the right side, you will see a list of available user to listen to (all listed as SUI ID)
8-    Check mark the Users SUI ID that, that particular manager should listen to only (written down from previous step above)
9-    Click save

Now, that manager will be login in to the Call Recording Listening portal using the following:

Portal: https://voice.primus.ca/CallRecorder
Username: SUI000xxxxx@bvoice.primus.ca
Password: “ their own password, same as for voice.primus.ca/hpbx, softphone, call center, etc)

If they don’t know their password, you can create one for them by doing the following:
1-    Login to voice.primus.ca/HPBX
2-    Change view from Basic to Advance
3-    Click on users at bottom left side
4-    Locate the manager extension in the list
5-    Check mark that user & click manage users at bottom of the page
6-    On pop-up window change view to advance
7-    On left side click user profile
8-    In middle, click change password
9-    Enter a new password for that manager

Now the manager should be able to login to call recording properly with the new password you have inserted above and listen to the users you have attached to that manager profile in earlier steps.
