How To Register for Pre-Authorized Payments

Setting up pre-authorized payments via credit card.

  1. Access your uControl account.
  2. Navigate to the Billing menu.
  3. Choose from the options provided: AR History, Invoices, or Payments.
  4. Select the option to update your payment profile.
  5. Choose your preferred payment method as Pre-Authorized Credit Card, then simply click on the Submit button to proceed.
  6. Press the Confirm button to verify the Credit Card details.
  7. Provide the name associated with the credit card, the email address, the billing address linked to the credit card, the credit card number, security code, and expiry date.
  8. Tick the box next to the Terms and Conditions.
  9. Click the PAY NOW button to finalize the transaction.

Setting up pre-authorized payments via debit

  1. Access your uControl account.
  2. Navigate to the Billing menu.
  3. Choose from the following options: AR History, Invoices, or Payments.
  4. Select the option to "Update Payment Profile" by clicking on it.
  5. Choose the payment method as Pre-Authorized Debit and then click on the Submit button.
  6. Provide the Branch Number, Bank/Institution Number, Account Number, and Account Holder Name.

  7. Save your changes by clicking on the Save button.
