How To Register for Pre-Authorized Payments

1. Access the e-Care portal at https://ecare.primustel.ca/ and log into your account.
   
   
2. From the main page, in the menu on the left click Set up Pre-Authorized Payment.
   
   
3. On the Automatic Bill Payment page, select the method of payment you would like to use and enter the credit card or bank account details.
   
   
4. Once you have entered the necessary information click Continue to proceed to the next page.
   
   
5. Please confirm the type of payment you have selected and click Submit.
   
   
6. You are now registered for pre-authorized payments.
