- Visit the e-Care portal located at https://ecare.primustel.ca/ and proceed to log in to your account.
- Navigate to the main page and click on the option to Edit your e-Care Profile located in the menu on the left.
- Enter your new email address in the Work E-mail address field under the first section. Please note that this will update the registered email address for e-Care only and not the email address Primus has for eBilling or other contact purposes.
- After updating your email address, simply scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Continue button.
- You will receive a confirmation page with your profile information. You can click on Edit to make additional changes, Print to get a hard copy, or E-Care Main Menu to return to the e-Care home page.
