Visit the e-Care portal by going to https://ecare.primustel.ca/ and signing in to your account.
From the main page, in the menu on the left click Make a Payment.
On the One Time Payment page, enter the amount you would like to pay. Please note the payment should be between $5.00 and $5000.00 and will be processed to your account within 1 business day.
Also on the One Time Payment page, enter the credit card details. Including the full name as it appears on the card.
Then click Continue.
Confirm the amount is correct and press Submit.
You can now see your confirmation number and can print the page for your records or go back to the e-Care Main Menu.
