Create a New Support Ticket

Visit the e-Care portal located at https://ecare.primustel.ca/ and securely log in to your account.

Navigate to the main page and click on View/Create a Support Ticket in the menu on the left.

To initiate a new support ticket, simply click on the "Open a New Support Ticket" option on the Support Ticket page.

Please provide the following details:

- The specific service you need assistance with.

- A brief overview of the problem.

- Is the issue related to billing?

- A detailed description of the problem.

- The contact person's name.

- Your preferred method of contact for updates, either by email or phone.



Once you have finished filling out the form, simply click on the "Continue" button to submit your ticket.

Once completed, you will be provided with your unique ticket number.
If this is an urgent service issue, please call our Customer Care group at 1-888-501-8430 and quote your ticket number.

Simply click on the "Continue" button to go back to the main Support Tickets page, where you can view a list of your Open tickets, Pending more information tickets, and Closed tickets.
