Please access the e-Care portal at https://ecare.primustel.ca/ and log in to your account.
Navigate to the main page and select Change Address from the menu on the left.
Please be aware that this update only modifies the Billing address and will not impact the service address or the 911 address.
When on the Billing Address Change page, if you have multiple accounts linked to your e-Care profile, simply use a check mark to select the billing address you wish to update.Input the new billing address and specify the effective date of the change. Proceed by clicking on Continue.
Please review the entered information for accuracy and click on the Submit button.
Your Billing Address has been successfully updated.
