- Access the e-Care portal at https://ecare.primustel.ca/ and log into your account.
- From the main page, in the menu on the left click Edit e-Care Profile.
- Under the e-Care Registration Profile section, enter and confirm the new password.
Your case sensitive password must be between 4 and 8 characters and can include any combination of numbers and letters. Example: blueSky2 - When you have updated the password, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click Continue.
- You should now receive a confirmation with your profile information. You can click Edit to go back and edit the information, Print to print the page, or E-Care Main Menu to return to the e-Care home page.
