How to Call Forward a Huntgroup or when DID assigned to a Huntgroup

1- Login to voice.primus.ca/HPBX
2- Change view to advance
3- Click on admin settings
4- Click on huntgroups
5- Locate the hunt group the user needs to be part of & click the view/edit button
6- Click on no answer settings tab
7- Currently setup to skip to next agents after 3 rings, which mean it will ring 1 user 3 times, then another user 3 time before going to voicemail. 

I suggest that you change the check mark from "skip to next agent" to be on "Forward call after waiting" and put 20 seconds. (if you need more ring, each 5 seconds = 1 ring)
- this will make the phones ring 3-4 times and then go straight to voicemail. (if you need more ring, each 5 seconds = 1 ring)
