- Visit the e-Care portal at https://ecare.primustel.ca/ and securely log in to your account.

- Navigate to the main page and click on the option to Sign up for e-Billing located in the menu on the left.

- Update the email address(es) in the address field located on the far right of the screen. You have the option to include up to 3 email addresses, separating each with a semi-colon. i.e. agent1@yourcompany.ca; agent2@yourcompany.ca

- Once you have made your updates, the confirmation page will verify your changes. Please click on the Submit button to save your changes.

- Selecting the E-Care Main Menu button will direct you back to the e-Care home page.
