How to Park a Call
Put an active call on hold by pressing Hold button
Open a new line by New Call button
Dial *36
You will encounter the recording: "Please enter the extension you would like to park the call at, or, press # to park at your extension"

Put an active call on hold and open a new line by pressing the Transfer button

You will encounter the recording: "Please enter the extension you would like to park the call at, or, press # to park at your extension"

The call leaves your line and you're available to take another call while the caller waits on hold for the other party to retrieve the call. If the call is not retrieved then the original phone will start to ring again and the call will need to be parked again.

Dial the extension that parked the call or # if the call was parked at your extension.
