Voicemail Locked/Password Change

To reset/unlock your personal voicemail password, please do the following:

1- Login to voice.primus.ca
2- Change the view from basic to advance
3- On left side under "your Phone" click on "voicemail settings"
4- Scroll to bottom and under "change vm password" enter your same password or a new one
-- Password needs to be min 6 digit up to 15 digit
-- Password cannot be consecutive number
-- Password cannot be ascending or descending numbers
-- Password cannot be your phone number

5- click on "save"


If you are the Administrator: 
To reset/unlock the voicemail of another employee or another extension, please do the following:


1- Login to voice.primus.ca
2- Change the view from basic to advance
3- On left side click on "users"
4- in the list find the employee or extension the password need to be change/unlocked and check mark it.
5- scroll to bottom and click on "Managed users"
6- in the new window change the view from basic to advance
7- on left side click on "voicemail settings"
8- Scroll to bottom and under "change vm password" enter your same password or a new one
-- Password needs to be min 6 digit up to 15 digit
-- Password cannot be consecutive number
-- Password cannot be ascending or descending numbers
-- Password cannot be your phone number

9- click on "save"
